General Manager, Atlanta, GA

Position Summary:
The GM will be the primary business owner for Bridgevine’s Financial Services business. In this role, the GM’s responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

Primary Responsibilities

  • Executing the existing business plan, and developing the go-forward strategy; setting, articulating and evangelizing the strategic vision internally and externally
  • Coordinating with Finance to create and implement annual (and periodic refreshes) forecasts and budgets; successfully managing the P&L by setting and meeting pro-forma operating and financial objectives, including EBITDA
  • Being the company’s subject matter expert on the customer marketplace and competitive environment; incorporating insights into marketing plans, product development, and business unit strategy
  • Partnering with Business Development, Product, and Software Development teams to determine and execute the customer experience; identifying, securing, and managing service provider/supplier/advertiser relationships; creating customer experiences that drive performance metrics by delivering unique and tangible value to Bridgevine’s target markets
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and traffic for the division; working with Marketing to develop, execute and refine customer acquisition campaigns (SEO, SEM, viral, advertising, email, call center, etc.); working with the Sales team to identify and close affiliate partnerships that bring high volume opportunities to the division
  • Working with the Operations team to create necessary processes to support business objectives
  • Continuously evaluating the effectiveness of growth and operational initiatives from an ROI and customer perspective; partnering with the Business Intelligence team to secure and interpret key metrics, and refine strategies as necessary

Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience; ideal candidate will have 3+ years of P&L responsibility, 3+ years of sales, partner relations, and/or business development experience, and 3+ years of marketing and/or product experience
  • Analytical approach, strategic thinker, operational bulldog; skills consistent with top-tier strategy consultants and product managers at leading, consumer-facing Internet companies highly desirable
  • Creative problem solver; results oriented
  • Experience in the communication, digital entertainment, financial services, and/or mover/multi-family markets a plus
  • Highly confident (not arrogant) leader; demonstrated track record of building and leading high performing teams, and of producing outstanding results in a matrixed environment

Head of Sales, Atlanta, GA

Position Summary:
The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading all sales and partner development initiatives within Bridgevine, including affiliate and advertising relationships.

Affiliate Sales (90%)

  • Set a strategy and course for Bridgevine’s distribution-side partnerships, including those from internal/private label partners and third-party affiliate networks
  • Coordinate partners’ and BV’s post-sale resources to roll out and grow programs, and to ensure expected level of lead generation and conversion
  • Work with partners to grow sales volume by conducting performance analyses, consultatively presenting growth programs, and troubleshooting issues; own responsibility for both partner performance and relationships
  • Manage and grow performance of existing affiliate relationships, including leading names in retail, etail, OEM, and call center

Ad Sales (10%)

  • Own the strategy and deployment of Bridgevine’s nascent ad sales program; opportunity to build from the ground-up
  • Work with senior management, IT, and the customer experience team to create ad inventory and design ad/sponsorship packages
  • Determine and recommend processes, technology/systems, and structures necessary to support ad sales objectives

General

  • Identify, prospect, close, and manage relationships; pitch bi-lateral partnership opportunities, negotiate key terms
  • Oversee the deployment of new partner relationships
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and partner support professionals; develop a high-performance organization
  • Set and achieve aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals and budgets for the Sales organization; measure and optimize results vs. goals
  • Coordinate with BV’s cross functional teams and resources, including Business Development, Finance, Marketing, Operations, IT, Business Intelligence, and other team members

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of business development and sales experience, with proven track record of closing and managing affiliate partnerships that meet/exceed revenue and profit goals
  • An outstanding Rolodex; uses contacts and resourcefulness to “get in the door” at high priority prospects; experience in the communication, digital entertainment, financial services, and/or mover/multi-family markets strong plus
  • Understanding of / experience with leading third-party affiliate networks (e.g., CJ, LinkShare) a strong plus
  • Expertise in partner development/marketing; accomplished at developing and deploying programs to support post-implementation partner performance objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage high-performance teams
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Software Developer, Atlanta, Ga

Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for the design and development of reports and web based applications. The position will report to the Director, Software Development.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the business analyst to understand business requirements.
  • Provide prototypes / proof-of-concepts to the business analyst and users as a part of the requirements process.
  • Prepare design documents to be reviewed by senior development staff.
  • Provide development estimates to the project manager and identify risks associated with the effort.
  • Perform enhancement and maintenance development tasks.
  • Develop and unit test web solutions based on Microsoft .NET 2.0 technologies and tools such as MS Visual Studio 2005, C# 2.0, ASP.NET 2.0, and Atlas (AJAX).
  • Develop stored procedures, triggers, views etc. for Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005
  • Follow development methodology, policies, procedures and standards.
  • Develop DTS packages and T-SQL scripts required for data migration and ETL projects.
  • Administer and manage the Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services environments.
  • Design and develop reports using Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services to support application and business users.
  • You will report to Vice President, Software Development and MAY have to travel (10%) to Vero Beach, Florida

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in CIS or related field or equivalent work related experience
  • 5+ years of experience developing applications with Microsoft technologies
  • 3+ years of experience developing multi layered/tiered  web applications using Microsoft technologies for multiple browsers
  • 2+ years experience with HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
  • 2+ years of experience developing applications using C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, XML, OOP and Web Services

Help Center Support Specialist

Position Summary:
Reporting to and working directly with the Help Center Manager and Senior Director of Operations. The entry level Help Center Support Specialist performs administrative tasks, provides support as the initial point of contact for technical or operational issues and analyzes the issue to provide resolution and/or assign the issue to the corresponding Tier 2 department. This position is based in the Vero Beach office and operates in coordination with other internal and external departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Review escalations to determine where defect resolution, enhancements or Call Center training is required to ensure top performance and continual improvement of our order processing systems.
  • Maintains procedures and methods for escalation processes and database administration.
  • Prepares a variety of reports to analyze system issues and trends as well as producing reports for Managers, Directors and Executives.
  • Interacts with Providers, Call Centers and staff to resolve escalations.
  • Provides a variety of supportive services as directed by the Manager or Director.
  • Will handle customer service communication via phone, email knowledgebase updates and the Help Center tool.
  • Monitor Sales to determine if there are issues that may not be identified and reported by system users.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively seeking new sales via e-prospecting & tele-prospecting, follow up on leads for broadband and voice related products; aggressively seeking sales and building sales channels for Bridgevine solutions
  • Actively solicit referrals from prospects and customers to supplement territory leads
  • Consistently meet or exceed quota expectations for data and telephony solutions
  • Prospect among small to medium size business potential clients for new sales and product opportunities
