Vinny Olmstead, President & Chief Executive Officer
With more than 16 years of telecommunications and finance experience, Vinny Olmstead is charged with keeping Bridgevine the steadfast company it is today. Olmstead is responsible for establishing the Bridgevine strategic direction, overseeing daily operations and securing the funding necessary for company growth. Prior to Bridgevine, Olmstead served as Corporate Development and Finance Vice President for GlobeNet Communications and 360networks. He also has the distinction of being one of the youngest partners at William M. Mercer (MMC), an international consulting firm, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and business plan development for Fortune 1000 customers.

Rob Hamilton, Chief Financial Officer
Rob Hamilton joined Bridgevine as CFO in January 2008. Mr. Hamilton has 20 years of executive management experience in the Internet, retail wholesale and manufacturing industries. From November 1999 to January 2008, Hamilton served as CFO and treasurer at eDiets.com (NASDAQ:  DIET), where he was a key participant in the successful expansion of the company into a leading online provider of diet services, information and products. Prior to eDiets.com, Hamilton managed financial reporting for Equinox Systems, Inc, which was acquired by Avocent (NASDAQ:  AVCT) in 2001.  Before his work in the e-commerce industry, Mr. Hamilton, a certified public accountant, was an audit manager with Arthur Andersen LLP in Boston and South Florida.

Mickey Smith, Chief Operating Officer
Mickey Smith has 20-plus years successful managerial experience in competitive, customer-driven environments. Smith's successes include ownership of two start-up customer service companies: Advance Reservations and Victoria Vacations, which became the largest of their type in the U.S. He has also been the COO of a successful start-up Indian call center, Inox, Global Solutions and the CEO of two prepaid calling card companies. Smith's contribution to Bridgevine leadership is his expertise in developing systems and controls that deliver the highest levels of customer service. His leadership task at Bridgevine is to make Bridgevine the premier online marketing company for broadband services and products.

David Wilcox, Chief Technology Officer
David Wilcox has more than 25 years of diverse IT experience, which includes Web centric software development, data center operations, systems integration and data warehousing. Prior to Bridgevine, Wilcox served as chief information officer for IPS, Integrated Physician Solutions, where he was responsible for national IT infrastructure. He was also the concept-development lead and architect of the IPS Web-based health care application service provider business, which became the key growth area for the company. Wilcox's position at Bridgevine is Chief Technology Officer, where he's responsible for directing the development and operation of Bridgevine's technology infrastructure. His position includes software development and data-center operations.

Andrew Goldberg, Senior Vice President of Corporate Development
Andrew Goldberg leads Bridgevine's corporate development functions, which include strategy, business development, provider relations, and M&A. Andrew joined Bridgevine after holding various leadership roles at AOL, most recently as General Manager of planning, business development, and channel management for AOL's premium services business portfolio. Prior to AOL, he was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company, where he advised and assisted small, medium and Fortune 500 companies on revenue growth and operational effectiveness. Andrew holds an undergraduate degree from Emory University in Atlanta, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Andrew, his wife, and their two boys reside in Alpharetta, GA, just outside of Atlanta.

Mark Weibel, Executive Vice President of Marketing
Mark Weibel has worked for a number of top companies during the past 15-plus years. Most notably are Target Marketing Group and America Online. Weibel gained much of his superior targeted marketing know-how while working as the national sales director for Target Marketing Group, a division of ACBJ, American City Business Journals. His time at AOL as the national sales manager for Multimedia Online and AOL's New Product Showcase, proved to be an exceptional learning experience. It is where he picked up his vast knowledge of online marketing. Today, Weibel uses his collective knowledge to define and implement Bridgevine corporate marketing programs. He is responsible for the Bridgevine, Inc. Search Engine Optimization and online marketing programs, print advertising and public relations.

Greg Miller, Vice President of Business Intelligence
Greg Miller is a pioneer in the use of database management systems to increase sales effectiveness. During his professional career, Miller managed complex systems for BellSouth, SBC Internet Services and DIRECTV. He also served as vice president of sales and operations for PrimeCo PCS (Verizon Wireless), spent more than 20 years in various senior management positions with Radio Shack Corp., and co-founded research and analytics company Prediction Analytics Inc., which was sold to Experian. As vice president of marketing informatics, Miller is responsible for the ongoing development of Bridgevine, Integrated Broadband Information System, one of the most sophisticated national telecom databases in the industry. Miller also oversees the company's business development unit, a steadily growing affiliate and product-partner relationship.

Prashant Gharpure, Vice President of Software Development
Prashant Gharpure leads the architecture and development of the IBIS platform. He has 15 years experience working with technology as a software developer, director and consultant. Prior to joining Bridgevine, Gharpure was a Microsoft technologies consultant focusing on architecture, development and management of development teams. Gharpure held senior technical leadership positions at CareKeeper Software Inc., owned by Health Systems Solutions, Inc., and Compris Technologies Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of NCR Corporation. He has experience in multi-tier application development, Internet/intranet application design in insurance, hospitality, retail, health care, real estate, telecommunications and e-sourcing. Gharpure has successfully managed projects involving in-house, outsourced and offshore development resources.
