  • Developer

    This position will be located in Alpharetta, GA.
     

    Position Summary:

    Bridgevine is currently seeking an experienced Developer. This individual will report to the Vice President of Software Development. The Developer should be a self-starter to analyze, design, implement, and support web-related applications.

    Job Description:

    The job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Develop applications for both Web and Windows.
    • Maintain current applications.
    • Assist other members of the programming team with various projects.
    • Manage troubleshooting application and integration issues.

    Qualification/Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Science or related field.
    • Minimum 8-10 years solid, demonstrated experience in web development.
    • Experience with integration and/or web applications.
    • Proficient in C#.
    • Proficient in .NET 3.5/4.0 Framework.
    • Proficient in SQL Server 2005 - 2008, T-SQL.

  • Online Marketing Coordinator

    This position will be located in Vero Beach, FL
     

    Position Summary:

    Bridgevine is seeking an Online Marketing Coordinator for overseeing the Internet-based advertising efforts for the company. In this role, the employee will work and assist the marketing team to ensure that the brand being displayed is in line with the efforts offline. This person will ensure that the company’s website is easily located by search engines and shows up at the top of searches for certain keywords.

    Job Description:

    The job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Evaluate and report results of all web initiatives, including search engine marketing, banner advertising, email marketing and website activity.
    • Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to optimize campaigns.
    • Leverage analytics data, make recommendations and work with web marketing staff to optimize web content to improve ROI for organic/PPC search as well as all web marketing.
    • Develop reports on key metrics and project status to stakeholders across the organization.
    • Consult and problem solve when needs arise.
    • Work with other web marketing specialists in tuning content for various social media marketing efforts.
    • Manage design team for online collateral creation and optimization.

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist

    This position will be located in Vero Beach, FL.
     

    Job Summary:

    Bridgevine seeks an experienced SEM Specialist to perform all aspects of paid search campaign management on Google, Yahoo, Bing and other second tier platforms including, but not limited to: competitive research, keyword research, campaign structuring, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting. Additional responsibilities will include Ad Testing and Landing Page testing including both A/B and Multivariate testing using Google Website Optimizer or similar tools.

    Job Description:

    The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts. The job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Hands-on PPC Bid Optimization to include keyword search and expansion
    • New keyword development and testing

  • Quality Assurance Engineer

    This position will be located in Alpharetta, GA.
     

    Job Summary:

    Bridgevine is currently seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer. This individual will be required to develop and execute functional tests using both manual and automated test tools to assure quality for new or modified applications, primarily in a web-based environment. This person will actively participate in certifying the level of quality of e-Commerce applications and other related applications prior to release. The Quality Assurance Engineer will work with a variety of groups across multiple departments to ensure the software releases are ready for production deployment.

    Job Description:

    The job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Review requirements with Product Management and Development for testability.
    • Develop and maintain both Manual and Automated test cases based on user stories and defects.
    • Perform both Manual and Automated testing to verify functionality.
    • Write defects and retest defects when they are fixed.
    • Perform Sanity and Regression testing using both Manual and Automated tests.
    • Perform Load/Performance testing.
    • Maintain QA tasks statuses using Rally tool.
    • Participate in daily scrum meetings for defect status, priority and information exchange.
    • Assist with the configurations and build deployments to the test systems.
    • Participate in Production testing.

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline required.
    • 2 – 5 years of experience in a systems quality environment or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
    • Software test experience in developing and executing test strategies based on functional specifications.
    • Experience developing Automated tests (Selenium and soapUI preferred).
    • Experience in identifying, defining, logging, tracking, and retesting defects.
    • Experience in testing web applications in an AGILE development environment.

    Bridgevine is currently seeking an experienced UI Developer. This individual will report to the Vice President of Software Development. The position will design and develop web applications that satisfy technical and functional requirements. The individual will participate in the design phase of the applications to ensure best practices are considered and followed.

    • Design and code from specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, and implements complex software apps.

  • Sales Center Vendor Manager

    This position will be located in Alpharetta, GA.
     

    Job Summary:

    Bridgevine seeks a Sales Center Vendor Manager to support all contact center operations, including inbound sales calls, chat and customer service calls. In this role, the employee will be responsible for driving site performance and quality. This will be accomplished by reviewing attainment of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), conducting quality call calibrations, dissemination of training materials and making periodic site visits. The position will also have limited exposure to providers and partners that Bridgevine conducts business with.

    Job Description:

    The job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Review contact center vendor performance on a daily basis.
    • Work with vendors to continually achieve, and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
    • Make regular vendor site visits to work with staff.
    • Ensure that all customer contact meets quality standards.
    • Develop and maintain training materials.
    • Maintain knowledge base to ensure information is current and accurate.
    • Act as the key liaison between vendor and the providers we support.
    • Prepare reports and analysis showing actual performance versus KPIs.
    • Manage Bridgevine supported performance incentives to the vendors and vendor staff.

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in contact center related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in call center vendor management in remote location(s).
    • Must be able to travel internationally for periodic visits to sale center locations.
    • In depth understanding of key contact center KPIs: service levels, handle rates, sales per hour, conversion rates, product penetration, etc.
    • Strong background of driving key call behaviors for inbound sales centers.
    • Ability to analyze operations and institutions from a financial, operational, and industry perspective.
    • Ability to operate cooperatively in a team oriented structure.
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

  • Help Center Support Specialist

    This position will be located in Alpharetta, GA.
     

    Job Summary:

    Bridgevine is seeking a Help Center Support Specialist. This position will be reporting to and working directly with the Technical Support Manager, Director of Technical Operations, and Technical Support Analysts. This person will review issues to provide resolution and/or assigns the issue to the corresponding Technical Support Analyst I or II.

    Job Description:

    The job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Review escalations to determine where defect resolution, enhancements or Call Center training is required.
    • Must have the ability to be flexible in changing environments with several platforms to support.
    • Ability to acknowledge urgency and quick action when necessary and address with Technical Support Analysts.
    • Interacts with Providers, Call Centers, Partners and staff to resolve escalations.
    • Provides a variety of supportive services as directed by the Manager or Director.
    • Handles customer service communication via phone, email, knowledgebase updates, partner tools and the Help Center tool.
    • Uses several monitoring tools to ensure sales and server stability.
    • Production and other phases of testing are required.
    • Perform other related duties as required.
    • Nights, weekends and occasional overtime is required.

    Job Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Ability to debug XML/XHTML/CSS is preferred.
    • Advanced knowledge of personal computers, internet and browser operations.
    • Microsoft Office experience is required.
