  • Developer

    This position will be located in Alpharetta, GA.
     

    Position Summary:

    Bridgevine is currently seeking an experienced Developer. This individual will report to the Vice President of Software Development. The Developer should be a self-starter to analyze, design, implement, and support web-related applications.

    Job Description:

    The job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Develop applications for both Web and Windows.
    • Maintain current applications.
    • Assist other members of the programming team with various projects.
    • Manage troubleshooting application and integration issues.

    Qualification/Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Science or related field.
    • Minimum 8-10 years solid, demonstrated experience in web development.
    • Experience with integration and/or web applications.
    • Proficient in C#.
    • Proficient in .NET 3.5/4.0 Framework.
    • Proficient in SQL Server 2005 - 2008, T-SQL.
    • Proficient in Microsoft platform.

  • Multicultural Marketing Coordinator

    This position will be located in Vero Beach, FL.
     

    Position Summary:

    Bridgevine seeks a hands-on multicultural marketing coordinator to develop and execute all company-wide multicultural marketing efforts. The key focus of this role will be to develop online programs and communication strategies to target the Hispanic audiences. The selected candidate will be the 'go to' person for everything related to marketing products and services to the Hispanic market via the internet.

    Job Description:

    The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills complemented with an enthusiastic demeanor and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Responsible for leading online programs and establishing strategic marketing plans to drive demand for advertising campaigns regionally and across the U.S.
    • Research and analyze the demographic factors of the Hispanic market to capitalize on market opportunities.
    • Develop, execute measure, manage, and optimize new campaigns or programs with the intention of acquiring new customers and increasing the Hispanic market share.
    • Coordinate and manage a variety of projects aim to increase relevancy, drive intent to visit, and accelerate conversion.
    • Partner with a team of designers and developers to create and design a layout of marketing materials to produce online marketing collateral that targets the Hispanic community.
    • Design and layout new marketing materials for targeting the Hispanic community that includes emails, direct mail (print) and web.
    • Take the lead in the content development of related promotional collateral materials for both Spanish and English content to optimize for the Hispanic community.

    Qualification/Experience:

    • Must have at least two (2) years of previous experience in multicultural sales and marketing for consumer marketing strategies.
    • Must be able to read, write, and speak Spanish fluently.
    • Must have previous work history in website design and layout experience.
    • Must have knowledge and experience with social media campaigns such as Twitter, Facebook, etc.
    • Experience with Google and MSN paid listings is preferred, but not required.
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
    • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Provider Support Manager

    This position can be located in Vero Beach, FL; or Alpharetta, GA.
     

    Position Summary:

    Bridgevine seeks a highly motivated, outgoing and strategically savvy professional who desires a front-line role working with our provider partners (i.e., suppliers). This position will work directly with our partners, serving as the “face of Bridgevine”, to build the breadth and depth of our relationships, and to support our mutual efforts to grow revenue and profitability.

    Job Description:

    The job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Serve as partners’ primary point of contact, serving as liaison to Bridgevine’s functional departments, including Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT, IS, and Corporate Development.
    • Set goals and objectives for each assigned partner. Forecast and monitor performance relative to P&L targets, operational objectives, relationships metrics, etc.
    • Leverage intimate knowledge of partners’ businesses to proactively identify new revenue opportunities.
    • Seek improvements in operational efficiency/effectiveness; establish internal and external processes that benefit Bridgevine and its partners.
    • Assist in negotiation and formalization of key business terms for both prospective and existing provider partners.
    • Manage key initiative projects.
    • Facilitate information sharing and drive mutual accountability.
    • Cultivate and expand provider relationships.

    Qualification/Experience:

    • Four-year undergraduate degree from an accredited institution required; MBA a very strong plus.
    • 3-5 years related experience: partner development/marketing, account management, etc.
    • Experience in online or digital services industries, with understanding of key players, market forces and trends; preferably, cable experience.
    • Well rounded business skills (general management, product, operations, marketing, sales, negotiation, finance/accounting), and ability to think strategically and creatively.
    • Self-motivated, bias for action, results oriented.
    • Must be highly professional, while demonstrating outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills.
    • Highly organized; ability to balance multiple initiatives and priorities.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Vice President of Product Management

    This position is located in Vero Beach, FL.
     

    Position Summary:

    The Vice President of Product Management for Bridgevine, Inc. will have direct responsibility for Product Management at Bridgevine, including the management of the existing product lifecycle, oversight of investments in product development and the conceptualization and implementation of new product capabilities and feature sets and prioritization of the product lifecycle. Products include all B2C and B2B solutions, CRM, reporting, systems and new online solutions. The scope of this position includes the management of an approximately 6 team members and the product capabilities and design features that manage and enable these areas.

    This person is responsible for driving the 1 and 2 year product planning processes and managing the strategic arm of the organization as it pertains to the evolution of product and the associated opportunities for movement into adjacent markets and incremental revenue. This role manages the Product Management, and Product Marketing teams who work daily with the key business units at Bridgevine. This Executive will partner closely with Marketing to drive and use market research, as well as to develop appropriate product promotion strategies.

    Specific Job Responsibilities:

    Product Planning

    • Drive the 1-Year Product Development plans and roadmaps based on customer needs and Bridgevine’s overall strategic direction.
    • Drive the process to select the appropriate products to launch to market at the right time. Justify these launches through a business case analysis which outlines market needs and product performance expectations.
    • Drive the 2-Year Product vision which includes an outline of products to be launched to market and an outline of the product ideas that will be researched and tested over the next 3 years.

    Product Execution and Packaging

    • Put in place processes to measure the overall success of Product Management’s ability to deliver commercially viable products to market.
    • Drive processes to measure success of Product post-launch.
    • Lead efforts to ensure that Products are packaged appropriately for specific markets and/or customers.

    Consumer Experience

    • Drive a superior consumer experience by effectively balancing the needs of consumers and the needs of advertisers.
    • Conduct and leverage consumer and client research to adjust and evolve overall feature/function capabilities.

    Product Communications

    • Communicate the product strategy and justification to Executives on a quarterly basis
    • Work with Business Unit Leaders to communicate the product strategy and gain support of Business Unit Teams on a monthly basis.
    • Work closely with other key stakeholder teams (IT, Marketing, etc.) to gain their product support and to engage them as products are developed and launched.

    Strategic Planning

    • Beyond the strategic direction of products, this position is called upon to deliver opinions and recommendations on strategic issues that impact the company. Some of these requests are based on competitive movements; others are based on technology changes that impact the business.
    • Additionally, this Executive is tasked with offering strategic opinion and input to new business ideas for Bridgevine.

    Qualification/Experience:

    • BA or equivalent is required; MBA, or Advanced Degree preferred.
    • Proven background in product management, and related activities in a leading consumer Internet company with a demonstrated track record of success driving revenue through product innovation and overall site experience and functionality.
    • Minimum eight years of product management experience with online web and enterprise software, with at least 5 years managing a team.
    • High-level ability to approach site management with both a quantitative as well as qualitative focus.
    • Strong technical understanding of Internet technologies and the operations of a commercial web site.
    • In-depth knowledge and experience with web analytics tools, process and methodology.
    • Must understand user centered design and product development processes, and use them effectively.
    • Demands and delivers world-class design, has incredible eye for detail and appreciation for the subtleties of creating the best interactive experience.
    • Must have a proven track record of driving process change to enable design teams to work more effectively.
    • Visionary and Consensus-Builder. Able to identify, communicate and inspire an organization around the next generation of user experience and product offerings to dramatically grow the business. Work through hard issues (e.g., say no, push priorities, overcome resistance) while maintaining good relationships.

    Compensation

    The Vice President of Product Management will receive a compensation package that is competitive and commensurate with experience. This will include a base salary, bonus and equity.
